Privacy Policy

What this site and Drive collect, why, and how to have it removed.

Last updated: September 2026.

Who this covers

This policy covers decentraland-dashboard.org and its Drive subdomain (drive.decentraland-dashboard.org). This is a community-run project, not an official Decentraland Foundation service.

What we collect

  • Account info. An email address and password (if you sign up directly), or the basic profile info a provider gives us if you use "Continue with Google" (your email and name) or "Continue with Ethereum wallet" (your public wallet address). We never see your Google password or your wallet's private key -- those never leave Google or your wallet.
  • Files you upload to Drive. The file itself, its name, size, type, and upload date, tied to your account.
  • A session cookie. Used to keep you signed in across this site and Drive. It doesn't track you anywhere else.

We don't run analytics or advertising trackers on this site, and we don't log IP addresses on uploads today.

What we use it for

Signing you in, storing and serving the files you upload, enforcing per-account storage limits, and responding to abuse or legal requests (like a copyright takedown) involving something uploaded to Drive.

Who else sees it

We use a small number of infrastructure providers to run this site -- they process data on our behalf, not for their own purposes:

  • Supabase hosts our database and handles authentication (including the Google and Ethereum sign-in flows).
  • Cloudflare stores uploaded files and serves them over HTTPS.
  • Google only sees the sign-in request if you choose "Continue with Google" -- that's between you and Google.
  • Vercel hosts this website and Drive's application code.

We don't sell or share your data with anyone else.

How long we keep it

For as long as your account exists. Deleting a file in Drive removes it immediately. To delete your account and all associated data, contact us using the method below.

Uploaded content

By uploading to Drive, you agree not to upload illegal or infringing content, per the notice shown at signup. We can remove content or suspend accounts that violate this without notice, and we cooperate with valid legal requests (copyright takedowns, law enforcement requests) involving uploaded content.

Your rights

You can ask us what data we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. Since this is a small community project rather than a company with a dedicated privacy team, the fastest way to reach us is to open a report or file an issue on our GitHub repository.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes in a meaningful way, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
